Suggestion: To practice joint problem solving where focus is placed on honest ongoing creative dialogue to discover underlying interests (values) for mutual benefit.
Revision: To practice joint problem solving where focus is placed on creative thinking and honest ongoing dialogue to discover underlying interests (values) for mutual gain.
I see this value as fitting in the Collaborative Project World View in the New Order Cluster.
It seems to me that there is not any value that reflects the importance of conflict management if people are going to be able to collaborate. In other words, I don't see this as a value that contributes to Equilibrium (Belonging Cluster)
It might be worthwhile to fine-tune this descriptor even more so that people understand this value is about confronting conflict creatively.
Perhaps another revision?: Choosing to confront conflict directly using joint problem solving where focus is placed on honest ongoing creative dialogue to discover underlying interests (values) for mutual benefit.
