ReplyDeleteThis value can't be opened to greater interpretation as it belongs in the organisational cluster of values. It's about following religious practices which have been institutionalised. I'm not even sure that removing God is appropriate here.

Adding a would keep the specificity of the original with acknowledgment for different religions
I like Dougals suggestion of "a God" as that does expand it to all/any religion
