Rationale: The current descriptor is confusing to me. I am also uncertain why it is necessary to be detached from the material world and if that is likely in an organization. Perhaps “less attached to the material world”???

I think you can be detached from the material world inside an organisation - for me it is the difference between being able to find ways through the systems and functioning of the organisation with total focus on the purpose of the work instead of getting snagged on budget implications, or staffing implications, or compliance issues or anything else until the point that you arrive at a simpler way of achieving the purpose - that's when the vision then becomes subject to constraining thinking which is the province of other values.

I wouldn't be unhappy to stick with the existing......or maybe try something like

for me, with this value being in the new order cluster, this has a sense of 'seeing' organisations (their, role/function/usefulness) in a different way. A difference made by the appreciation someone has for the world around them.
