existing To have high respect for the worth, merit or rank of those in authority, e.g. parents, superiors or national leaders.

suggestion To have high regard for the status of those in charge

maybe a label change to 'Respect' Honour doesn't seem to fit either existing or suggested descriptor

  1. I like the suggestion but would be tempted to keep "in authority" as to me it feels a wider term than in charge. Possible label change sounds sensible.
