Suggested: To take pride in belonging to and having a role in an organisation
New Label: Membership/Organization Old Label: Membership/Institution,
Final: To take pride in belonging to and having a role in any form of organization.
I like the simplification. I work with lots of people in the not for profit arena who don't think of themselves in terms of organisational membership but who do prioritise this value - might we widen it a little?
