Suggestion: To create harmony and agreement as a way of achieving efficiency, loyalty and compliance
New Label (2008): Unity/Control Old Label: Unity/Uniformity
At a GTM meeting 17 August 2010 we agreed to change Unity/Control => Unity/Standardization
Final (2010): Unity/Standiszation. Establishing and maintaining efficiency, order, loyalty and conformity to established norms.
I like the suggestion but would prefer to keep conformity rather than introduce compliance - the latter term smacks of something that is enforced or enforceable which doesn't really go with the harmony/agreement aspect
ReplyDeleteI agree with Jackie and would not use the word compliance.
