  1. Is the intention of this value to suggest one needs to find diversion to cope with a primarily anxious filled life and that play cannot be planned to be authentic?

    For me play/recreation is often planned and adds balance to other parts of life (perhaps even has priority)

    To engage in pleasurable activities that enhance your life.
