Not sure i agree about adding "the desire". If one selected the value as important, can we assume it is a desired experience?

I agree with Rona Lynn and Dougal's comments about desire. Not sure the feeling modality should be there. Not everyone makes decisions based on feelings. Some people have a preference for using rational analysis to come to conclusions. This is F-T continnuum of Myers-Briggs (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myers-Briggs_Type_Indicator#Functions_.28S-N_and_T-F.29).
