22. Cooperation/Reciprocity

Existing Online: To work co-operatively in a group so that the unique skills and the qualities of one individual supplement, support and enhance the skills and qualities of the others in the group.

Proposed: (Co-operation) Enabling people to work together so their unique skills and qualities supplement, support and enhance each other.

Rationale: Simpler. Do not need "complementarity" in the name of the value.

New Label: Cooperation/Reciprocity Old Label: Co-operation/Complementarity

Final: To work with others in ways that enable everyone's unique skills and qualities to supplement, support and enhance each other.

  1. suggestion:
To work with others in ways that enable everyones unique skills and qualities to supplement, support and enhance each other.

    rationale:
this keeps the two parts of this description co-operating and complementing for me, keeping complementarity in the descriptor is important as it adds another dimension to co-operation

  2. I agree with Dougal and would keep the aspect of complementing as just co-operating does not necessarily bring out the best in yourself or others.
