the essence of the original descriptor is about being energised by a sense of rivalry rather than just having a sense of rivalry which may energise me or not. the proposed descriptor loses the energised aspect. how a person uses this energy and or the form of the rivalry is left open for them to determine
"to be energised by...." is implied in the selection of all of the values, since one of our definitions of values is that they are "energisers"...
